Shipping and Handling
COVID-19 Updated Policy:
Most orders will ship within 2 business days. Exceptions will be local orders coordinated for drop-off or pick up service, or invalid shipping addresses.
All domestic orders are shipped at our expense via USPS at this time. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order has shipped.
Notice to International Customers:
You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are still accepted at this time within 14 days of ship date. If you intend to initiate an exchange, please contact the store immediately so we can place a hold on requested items. Return shipping costs are assumed by the customer. All returned items are disinfected and isolated for 4 days.
