You must have a private shopping appointment made in advance to shop during the hours below. In addition to private shopping, we are also open during normal business hours to the public: Tuesday-Saturday 11am-6pm.
Private shopping hours (these are outside of normal business hours):
Wednesday: 10am - 11am & 6pm-7pm
Thursday: 10am - 11am & 6pm-7pm
Saturday: 9am - 11am
*Please note these hours are the hours we made available to private shoppers, and may be booked by the time you get to the booking page. Appointments are first-come, first serve!
Appointments are made in 1-hour blocks.
You may shop alone, or bring up to 4 guests. There is no need to let us know who else is coming once you have made an appointment. And yes, dogs are allowed! They must be leashed at all times.
You will have the entire shop, both Home and Her, to yourself (aside from staff) within your appointment times.
Please be on time, not early, and plan to use your last 10 minutes to check out so we can sanitize the store before our next guest. If your appointment runs late, we may allow the next guests into the store to shop while you check out. Please be respectful of our other customers and finish checking out by the end of your appointment slot.
Appointments may be cancelled through Setmore at least 12 hours in advance, but anyone who no-call/no-shows will be banned from making future appointments. If you need to cancel within 12 hours of your appointment slot, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Appointments can be made as soon as 2 days in advance, up to one month in advance.
In some rare instances, we can accommodate other hours not listed. Please email email@example.com with any questions!
