COVID-19 Policies

We have some new guidelines we’ve adopted to maintain a safe work and shopping environment during this phase of reopening:

  • Masks are required to be worn by employees AND customers. Many Short North retailers will be requiring customers to wear masks. We will have lots of cute mask styles to shop! We also have basic masks available at the front door for a suggested donation to the United Way.

  • A “sanitation station” will be available at each entrance to the store, and we ask everyone who enters to sanitize their hands. You may also wash your hands in our sink upon request.

  • We highly recommend making a private shopping appointment if you are planning to visit us specifically. Instructions on how to do so are here!

  • The register stations will be sanitized between each customer.

  • We ask that you please maintain 6 feet of distance from other customers while shopping.

  • Please remember to be personally accountable when visiting businesses. Bring a mask, gloves to shop if you need them, and personal sanitizer. We of course have these things available, but it’s going to be hard to keep these things in stock and they are very expensive to provide!

  • We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone at any time. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave at any time. It’s literally our least favorite thing to do!

  • Returns will still be accepted for full-price items with tags attached within 14 days of purchase. Apparel will be disinfected and isolated for 48 hours before restocking.
